It’s been a full-on few weeks at CMR Towers. And these are NEW towers too!

We’ve officially moved into our new office!

That’s three moves in 12 months. The broadband worked surprisingly quickly, the chairs didn’t take too long to set up correctly, and I THINK we’ve moved everything.

But behind the scenes, the team has been flying. And we’ve grown…Nicole Wanhas joined the team!

She’s already made a big impression on both client and candidate work.

If the last two weeks are anything to go by, we’re heading for a strong end to 2025. And this isn’t gloating. I’m a down-to-earth type of person. Being THIS busy is a temperature gauge for the umbrella market.

📈 Market Pulse: Momentum Over Noise

There’s plenty of chatter online right now. Big predictions. New ‘solutions’. Endless talk about 2026. But the focus is on growth, not panic. Here’s what I’m also seeing:

✅ Umbrella firms are hiring continually, and they’re being more selective

✅ Clients are moving fast to secure payroll and compliance talent

✅ Businesses are firming up their structures for Q1 delivery

Marketing continues to be one of THE most active areas, particularly for firms that neglected it during the downturn and are now realising they’re behind the curve (yep, never underestimate marketing).

We’re also seeing demand for sales leaders who can own a vertical and build a pipeline without relying on inbound alone.

Add to that a handful of leadership roles, and it’s clear the market’s not just hiring. It’s investing. For the future. Brilliant to see!

💭My Wednesday Wrap-Up💭

October always sharpens focus. It’s the quarter where everyone’s watching the clock, but also trying to finish strong. And what we’re seeing now is more commercial intent than we’ve seen all year.

Hiring decisions are bolder. Salary offers are more realistic. And leaders are starting to look ahead instead of just reacting.
