His vision drives CMR’s commitment to building meaningful relationships that deliver tangible results. Outside of work, Josh’s time is taken up by his three young children (C, M and R).

Having scaled and sold his previous recruitment agency, Ian joined as a NED & Investor to help with all areas of CMR - from commercial and operations to marketing and training.
Jake O'Rourke

As an experienced recruiter, Jake leads our Accountancy Division, bringing industry knowledge and a commitment to connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, he has a background in wildlife conservation—a passion that reflects his keen eye for detail and dedication to the bigger picture.
